All what you do, do it with kindness and love (1 Cor. 16:14)”

BATJDA: An office to listen to parents claims in favor of their  needy children with the idea to find financial resources proportioned to satisfy their needs, specially to deal with their education for a better tomorrow, and most of all taking in charge their education for a better tomorrow.

Since 1992

BATJDA HAS A DREAM

TODAY IT COMES TRUE

BATJDA has the dream to becoming an organization whose main goal is to support the needy children and teenagers in Haiti. After many years of work, reflexions, I, Jean H. Bellefleur, Founder & Executive Director of BATJDA, I am sure that it is necessary and completely important that our needy children and our teenagers have their Reception Office in Petion-Ville. This dream has become a reality on June 28, 2005. This date points out the official foundation of the organization which will allow us, if God helps us, to build, to get or rent this office. Every thing in its time. BATJDA’s mission must control and increase the investment to the positive development of these needy children and teenagers. It will have to be devoted has to teach these children and teenagers how to develop their own talents, and to help other young people as well.

BATJDA must teach and let the young people of today know:

Don’t let anyone think little of you because you are young. Be their ideal; let them follow the way you teach and live; be a pattern for them in your love, your faith, and your clean thoughts.” (1 Timothy 4: 12).

It is important to put hands on as to support the children and the young people who do not have families or who come from very poor families, to give them a chance to become a great citizen of tomorrow. BATJDA has been established thanks to my support and that of some parents of Kenscoff, where I was accustomed to work as instructor of Haitian Creole for the benefit of Peace-Corps Volunteers from the United States who were working in Haiti for two years. Those trustful parents, and very devoted, have sent their children to me for a better quality training. Today, the organization is what it is, “BATJDA”.

We are held upright whatever the circumstances that we endure, we will face them in order to help these young needy people to achieve their goals. And, we will do the very best to save this new generation.
